This 9 - months journey weaves ancient Tuvan wisdom of my ancestors with modern tools for deep personal growth, healing and embodiment. THE SHAMANIC GYM IS A SPACE FOR ANYONE WHO WISHES TO ACTIVELY EXERCISE AND STRENGTHEN THEIR SHAMANIC CONSCIOUSNESS MUSCLES THROUGH REGULAR PRACTICE. MEETING TWICE A MONTH, THESE SESSIONS ARE DESIGNED TO HELP YOU STAY ENGAGED WITH YOUR INNER TRANSFORMATION BETWEEN DEEPER IMMERSIONS. WHETHER YOU ARE ENROLLED IN THE FOUNDATION PROGRAM AND WANT TO REMAIN CONNECTED BETWEEN OUR MONTHLY GATHERINGS, OR YOU ARE SIMPLY COMMITTED TO AN ONGOING PATH OF PERSONAL GROWTH AND CONSCIOUS EVOLUTION, THE SHAMANIC GYM OFFERS A SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR CONTINUED PRACTICE.

3. THE EXPRESSION
SHAMANIC THEATER: A CIRCLE FOR CREATIVE EXPESSION

- FREE TO A 9-MONTHS PROGRAM STUDENTS AND SHAMANIC GYM
EVERY MONTH STUDENTS GATHER ONLINE TO SHARE WHAT HAS BEEN BORN THROUGH THEIR SHAMANIC TRAINING. IT IS NOT MANDATORY, YET VERY WELCOMING. THIS IS THE PLACE TO SHARE AUTHENTIC EXPRESSION. STUDENTS MAY SHARE: SONGS, DANCE, POETRY, STORYTELLING, PAINTING, SCULPTURE, PHOTOGRAPHY, WRITING, CRAFTS, MUSIC OR ANY CREATIVE GIFT BORN FROM THEIR INNER AND OUTER SHAMANIC JOURNEY.
